The free tier costs nothing; a paid tier is refundable in its first thirty days.
The free tier
The free tier is free. There is nothing to refund.
Paid tiers
A paid tier is sold by Paddle, our merchant of record. If it is not what you needed, write to support@ottersheet.com within thirty days of your first payment and we refund it in full through Paddle; card refunds take three to five working days to land. You can also request a refund through Paddle at paddle.net. After thirty days you can cancel at any time and you will not be charged again; the period already paid for is not refunded. Nothing here limits a refund right the law gives you; where the law or Paddle’s own policy gives you more, the more applies.
